Tax and Accounting Area

The Accounting department will keep an accurate record of income and expenses so you don’t have to worry about it.

Incident Management Area

If any issues arise, call your agent to coordinate with the insurance companies and make the necessary arrangements to keep your property in good condition.

Improvement management

Is the bathtub rusty? Are the blinds old? Is the kitchen cabinet worn out? Don't worry about a thing: we will take care of requesting quotes, managing the improvements, ensuring that everything is carried out correctly and, if you need it, we can also offer you financing.

Tenant and/or community mediation

Your personal agent will also act as a mediator to resolve any conflicts or discrepancies that may arise between the tenant and you. Our goal is to ensure we find fair solutions for everyone.

Utility Area

At the start of a contract we will take care of direct debiting the utilities to the tenant and during the contract we will take care of determining whether there are taxes that cannot be direct debited.

Trading Area

The contract ends and needs to be extended. They request a modification to the contract. No problem. We will take care of negotiating without stress, defending your interests.
