All contracts signed at DOMUS4 are in accordance with the law. We prefer to go straight to the point, review everything with you until it’s clear, and ensure you understand what you’re signing.

Will I be able to choose my electricity tariff?

Once you have signed the rental contract, we will take care of transferring the account holder. Once the transfer is completed, you can change your tariff or company without any problem.

Who should I contact in the event of a breakdown in the property?

It depends. If it is a property managed by DOMUS54, everything will be handled through us. However, if it is not a property managed by us, everything will be handled with the property owner.

How can I be sure that you won’t cheat me?

You can read reviews from people who have worked with us on our verified Google profile. Some are more recent and others are a few years old. But the important thing is that at DOMUS54 we know that if you win, we win too.

What are your fees?

If it is a rental of non-habitual residence, commercial premises, warehouse, etc. its amount is equal to one month’s rent.

If it is a rental of habitual residence, due to the legislative change of the “Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing”, it will not have any cost for you.
