What is the cost?

If it is a rental of non-habitual residence, commercial premises, warehouse, etc., it will have no cost for you, as we will pass it on to the tenant.

If it is a rental of habitual residence, due to the legislative change of the “Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing”, its cost is equal to one month's rent.
